HireKit's analytics dashboard provides visual insights into your job search progress. Here is what each metric and chart means.

Key Metrics

Active Applications

The total number of jobs currently in progress (not archived, withdrawn, rejected, or closed).

Average Alignment Score

The mean of all AI alignment scores across your analyzed jobs. Higher scores indicate better overall job targeting.

Response Rate

Percentage of applications that have moved beyond "Applied" status. A healthy rate is above 15%.

Time-to-Response

Average days between applying and receiving a first response.
